All steel products from Loddon have a standard hot dip galvanised finish to protect them from rust. They can be further enhanced with a powder-coated finish in a wide range of colours.
Grease and scale is chemically removed from the welded steel which is then dipped into molten zinc to create a protective coating that meets the BS EN ISO 1461 standards and requirements of the Galvaniser’s Association.
Before any powder coating, it then goes through an eight-stage cleaning and etching process to ensure a perfect finish which secures the protection and long-lasting colour.
We also provide the option of further embellishments with either stainless steel or brass finials and caps which fit on the front round posts. Hoops over doorways and horizontal board features are also available to enhance the aesthetics of each stable.
